I just picked up bloodborne and the $20 psn card at target. With my red card, the total came out to $65.56! I can't wait to jump in and get obliterated over and over. See you when the bell tolls.
If you liked the rpg elements in the dead island series, you will enjoy this. Parkour mechanics are fun and night time is scary. Story seems interesting so far. There's lots of crafting and weapon upgrades. I'd give it a shot.
I played for one hour after being mostly dormant for over a month. I couldn't continue as I see no point. More grinding just to end up with nothing to do.
I've only played iron banner in the last month and a half. After 1 hour with the new content, I turned it off. I can't subject myself to the same missions over and over, just to level up new weapon/armor. Once my new gear is leveled then what? Doing the same raid over for better gear, but then what? Yeah, now I'm fully leveled with the best gear so I can run the raid a whole hour faster.
Yeah, I've done that for TWD 1 and 2, plus wolf. Well worth the wait, imo.
I bought my x1 after the price drop for halo multiplayer. After the 2 weeks of disappointing match making result, I've barely touched my x1. Looking at these deals is mildly painful. Hindsight is always 20/20.
Once it's all fixed, I'm back in. Until then, shadow of mordor and dragon age will hold me over.
About 2 weeks in I asked for a refund for the expansion pack. I knew what this gAme was and I wanted out. I got denied and decided to keep going. As soon as I hit level 30 and completed hard raid I quit. It had some fun moments, but I don't miss it. It amazes me people still play and nothing new has been added.
Once I hit level 30, I basically quit. With no true skill matchmaking system in the crucible, I see no incentive to keep playing. Now my dilemma is deciding if I want to play the dlc, since I bought the digital guardian edition.
Does this mean 343 is going to make halo 5, more competitive? They seem to be listening to the fans, by bringing back halo 2 ranks.
I think it's time for me to jump in. I am impressed with the overall turn around of the Xone, since its announcement. After reading halo: mcc will feature halo 2 ranking system, I'm extremely tempted.
Yeah I've fully upgraded helm of the saint. It helped with the self destructing harpies, in the raid. Once blinded, they do not self destruct.
I played rumble earlier, and a Warlock with teleport and a primary shotgun was dominating. My consistency in the crucible is horrid. I feel there is no balance.
My right trigger broke while playing destiny. I opened my DS4, and found a broken piece. I had to remove a metal spring. It now works, but lacks the resistance of the LT.
The crucible was a real let down for me. I hope they create an mlg style playlist. This will please those of us looking for skill based play.
Anyone feel the pvp is unbalanced? I try to run around with the scout rifle and get torn up by auto rifles. When iron banner is active I can't even get off 2 shots before I'm wrecked. I want halo 2/3 mlg style playlist. Based on real skill and not armor/weapon and abilities advantages. I guess I am just old fashioned like that.
Very good series.
I personally cannot get into the new mp for halo. I miss the old matchmaking style based on ranks and similar skill pairing. I've never been huge on cod games, but after looking into league play, I've converted to cod for serious competitive gaming. I will hold onto halo, when I feel like screwing around.
Wow to clan support! I loved being able to create clans in halo 2 and then going to level them up with friends. Why they did away with these features simply boggles the mind.
Yeah I did the game + expansion. I only go digital, if I know I will play for a while. I can't wait for this game!
